1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Returning the Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and with the seal intact.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Art. 312g(2) No. 3 BGB and Art. 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Accordingly, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
7. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are defective or not as ordered, you have statutory rights under German consumer law (§§ 434 et seq. BGB). Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect at contact-us-@sluzarinxor.world. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
